How to Clean and Dry Your Pillows

There aren’t many things in the world better than chocolate, relaxing on the beach, and of course laying in a fresh, clean bed at the end of the day! Did you know your pillows can DOUBLE their weight over time due to skin, dust and other microorganisms that make their way in? NO. THANK. YOU.

So, how do you wash your pillows you ask? We’ve got you covered.

Your pillows should be washed every three months. You may be surprised to know, most of them can be just popped into your washing machine. The most important step is making sure to put your pillows in for a second spin cycle to avoid any moisture (which leads to mold) inside your pillow.

When it comes time to dry, it is best to dry the pillows on a low setting for a long time as opposed to a short time on a hot setting – remember, getting all of the moisture out is key! You may want to add a couple of dryer sheets to make your pillows smell extra fresh!

Last but not least, remember to sleep well tonight knowing your pillows are clean and fresh, inside and out!
